Tupelo Honey is a brand-new 2027 Heysea catamaran designed for silent and sustainable cruising with a massive 58kw Lithium Ion battery bank. She offers spacious accommodations for up to 12 guests, including five queen en-suite cabins and two single forepeaks. Guests can enjoy a wide array of watersports and personalized culinary experiences in the heart of the Virgin Islands.

Captain John grew up in Massachusetts, where summers on Martha’s Vineyard sparked a lifelong passion for the ocean. For the past six years, he has captained catamarans throughout the Caribbean and along the U.S. East Coast.
Chef Matthew brings over a decade of experience in Michelin-recognized restaurants and luxury hospitality. Inspired by coastal American and Mediterranean cuisine, he creates personalized menus featuring fresh seasonal ingredients and handcrafted pastas.
