Raphael comes from a family with a passion for sailing and has been a skipper for over fifteen years. He has experience in yacht delivery, charter, and scientific missions, recently spending time in Reunion Island before joining the MODX project.
Elsa is passionate about cooking and the sea, serving colorful, tasty dishes using fresh, local produce tailored to guest wishes.
