From Puglia, Italy, Marco has over 11 years of experience and 40,000 miles sailed across the Mediterranean, Red Sea, and Caribbean. He holds a Master 200 GT and Officer of Watch 3000 GT certificate.
Originally from Mallorca, David has 8 years of experience in Michelin-starred restaurants and 5-star hotels. He specializes in Mediterranean cuisine and international flavors.
